Keno Introduction

Keno is a game you either know about or you do not. It is generally considered a lottery in the casino. Similar to the lotto, the game is made up of numbered balls being selected. The object is to pick the numbers that come up. The game of Keno can be either fast or leisurely based on the casino. By betting on Keno on the net you can control the pace of the game. Personally, I love live keno. You sit in a lounge, if you wish, and play. Keno is a game that you do not need to be present to participate and win. For instance, you can put in a ticket for twenty games and then head off to gamble on something else in the casino or even your room if you’re staying at the casino.
Keno Board
The game is bet on on a game board. The Keno game board is made up of 80 numbers – numbered one though eighty. The 1st forty are referred to as the top half and the 2nd forty are referred to as the bottom portion.
Competing in Keno
Each round of Keno plays out in the same manner. The round starts, and 20 numbers are selected. The casino may be using the ball system. Ping pong like balls are blown up and chosen, exactly like the lottery on TV. Other casinos use computers. If a number you selected is selected, that’s referred to as a "hit." When all twenty numbers have been picked, the game finishes and winning tickets are paid.
There is a lot of diversity in the game of Keno. For example, you may select just one number, 2 numbers and so on up to 20 numbers. Usually, you have to get most of your numbers to come away with something. For example, if you choose 6 numbers, you will generally have to hit three to earn your money back.
Keno Payouts
The pay outs in Keno are fairly good. The probability of coming away with a win will be dependent on the total numbers checked. For example, if you select 2 numbers, you will have a six percent probability of hitting your ticket. Each casino has their own payouts. If you are going to play on the net, make sure you shop around for the biggest payouts first.
