Keno Strategies That Will Make You Rich

It will not usually be looked at as the most lucrative game in the arena of gambling, but keno has huge amounts of passionate fans. And so it should! It’s a consistently entertaining lotto-style game that’s a breeze to play, abundantly available in several alternate variations, and one that will pay out millions of dollars for those who master its uncounted subtle nuances. But let’s start with the basic facts for now.
When defining keno to newcomers, some gambling connoisseurs compare it to bingo. This is at least to a certain extent correct, in that both games are generally numerical. Yet to take that comparison too far is likely to be to underrate the good many unique traits that make keno so entertaining. Not like bingo, keno users have the ability to pick the numbers for every card.
Keno cards have a grand total of eighty numbers, but the user is given an extra level of personal responsibility by being able to pick as numerous (or as few) numbers as she desires. And it doesn’t take a keno superstar to ascertain how to fill out a card: all you do is circle or otherwise mark each of your chosen numbers with a standardball point pen like you had when you were in school.
After you’ve checked your numbers, carry your game card back to the clerk at the keno stand. The keno pit manager will record those numbers and then hand you a receipt. Do not drop this (potentially) valuable piece of paper! Even if the clerk remembers you and wants help out, without a winning ticket in hand, you will collect precisely $.00 for your winning card.
OK, so there you have strategy numero uno: always be sure to keep your keno receipt. Let us move on to something a little more advanced, what do you think?
Once you’ve picked out your numbers, get yourself into a comfortable keno booth and watch the action happen on the big keno monitor. That’s where the winning numbers are shown for us. If you picked winning numbers, mark your card aptly. Make sure not to take too much time, or sit there congratulating yourself for an obnoxious length of time. You must get up to the keno stand to get your winnings, since a new drawing will almost certainly begin within not too many minutes.
Strategy number 2: always go back to the keno stand on time!
Assuming you can’t trust yourself to beat that 5 minute deadline each and every time, you always retain the option of using a "multi-race" card. These include the self same set of your desired numbers on anywhere from 2 to twenty tickets. When the max number of games (the same as the amount of tickets) is finished, you will then be able to get off your lazy back side and go get your winnings.
Yet another option is referred to as a "stray and play" keno card, which normally lets you make number selection for 30 keno games or more. Golly, you can take vacation to Italy and not have to get uptight about getting back in time to redeem your numbers. Most "stray and play" game tickets are good for up to a whole year after purchase!
And now you know a couple needed schemes for winning keno. If you are a knowledgeable keno player, they may seem very obvious. Still, it doesn’t hurt to bone up on the fundamentals, and if you are a newbie keno player, every bit of advice will help make your keno gambling more enjoyable.
